Terms of Service
Last updated August 26, 2026. These terms apply when a business creates an AutoCall Pro account or uses the service.
The service
AutoCall Pro provides tools for configuring an AI receptionist, connecting supported booking and telephony services, handling calls, and reviewing call activity. Features may change as the product develops, and some workflows depend on third-party services you choose to connect.
Your account and configuration
You are responsible for accurate account and business information, keeping credentials secure, restricting access to authorized users, and reviewing the assistant before it handles customer calls. You must promptly update hours, services, pricing, policies, transfer numbers, and other facts the assistant relies on.
Responsible use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity; to impersonate a person; to evade required disclosures; or to collect information you are not entitled to process. You are responsible for call-recording notices, consent, marketing rules, and industry-specific obligations that apply to your business.
AI limitations
AI-generated speech, summaries, classifications, and decisions can be incomplete or incorrect. AutoCall Pro is not a substitute for professional judgment or emergency services. You must configure escalation for situations that require a person and should not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency advice.
Fees and third-party charges
Current prices, included usage, and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Taxes, phone usage, and third-party charges may apply where disclosed. Connected services such as Square or telephony providers may have separate terms and fees.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, or changes to third-party APIs can affect calls and bookings. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, callers, or the service.
Ownership and feedback
You retain ownership of the business content you provide. You grant AutoCall Pro the rights needed to process that content and operate the service. The software, interface, and product materials remain AutoCall Pro property. If you provide feedback, we may use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
Ending service
You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may terminate or suspend access for material violation of these terms, nonpayment, unlawful use, or risks to the service. Provisions that logically continue after termination—including payment obligations, ownership, and liability limitations—will survive.
