Privacy Policy
Last updated August 26, 2026. This policy explains the information AutoCall Pro processes when you visit the site or use the service.
Information we collect
We may process account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and subscription status; business configuration such as services, hours, staff, policies, phone settings, and booking configuration; and service activity such as call metadata, recordings or transcripts when enabled, summaries, captured caller details, messages, and booking outcomes. We also collect device and website interaction data used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, configure and run your AI receptionist, connect requested integrations, route and summarize calls, provide support, process payments, prevent abuse, measure product reliability and activation, and meet legal obligations. We do not use customer call content to advertise to callers.
Service providers and integrations
AutoCall Pro relies on service providers for authentication and hosting, analytics, payments, email, telephony and voice AI, and booking connections. Depending on the features you enable, these may include Firebase or Google Cloud, PostHog, Stripe, Square, and supported voice or telephony providers such as Bland AI or Retell AI. Each provider processes information for the service it supplies and under its own terms.
Call recording and consent
Calls may be recorded or transcribed when configured. The business using AutoCall Pro is responsible for choosing appropriate settings, giving required notices, and obtaining consent under the laws that apply to its callers and locations. Do not configure the service to collect sensitive information that is unnecessary for the call workflow.
Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, secure accounts, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention can vary by data type and connected provider. We use access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to legal and operational limits. You can disconnect supported integrations from their settings, and you may decline optional website analytics when that choice is presented.
