What does the assistant handle?
It can answer inbound calls, respond from your business information, capture leads and messages, route calls, and support Square-connected appointment workflows. Exact capabilities depend on your configuration.
Which booking systems work today?
Square is the current direct booking integration. Google Calendar, Fresha, Mindbody, and Phorest are planned but should not be treated as available yet.
Will it sound exactly like a person?
It is an AI assistant and should not pretend otherwise. We optimize for concise, natural speech and good turn-taking, but callers may still recognize that it is automated.
Can I test it before customers call?
Yes. Guided setup builds the assistant from your business details, and you can test realistic scenarios before choosing to route customer calls to it.
What happens when it does not know an answer?
You define whether it should clarify, take a message, or transfer to a person. The assistant is instructed not to invent prices, policies, hours, or availability.
Do you record calls?
Calls may be recorded or transcribed when that feature is enabled. Businesses are responsible for configuring notices and obtaining any consent required in the locations where they operate and receive calls.
Do I need a credit card to create an account?
No credit card is required to create an account and begin setup. Current plan details and included usage are shown on the pricing page.
